Siemens Mobility (Rail Infrastructure)  who were all geographically spread, office and field based, shift patterns and some remote working, wanted to enhance their current behavioural safety approach which was a corner stone of a Zero Harm approach.

The client had an excellent approach to safety, working in a demanding environment with a lot of nighttime working, but incidents kept happening where the management, with a Zero Harm companywide approach, naturally wanted to improve on.

They wanted to break through their safety plateau.

We were selected as the Senior Leadership Team (SMT) really connected with the programme after a few meetings when they understood the structure of the programme was key to transformational safety improvements.

We co-created a bespoke package that covered

We trained over 2300 employees, using a multi-trainer delivery system that was delivered across a ‘regional deployment’ method.
