EDF Energy needed a human-centric behavioural safety programme to help people deal with the uncertainty that potential redundancy can cause, in order to keep people ‘focused on the job’ by dealing with the many negative narratives that come at times like these.

Think Feel Act was selected as the leadership programme based on the behavioural (psychological and physiological) approach that took care of people’s heads and hearts, that empowered a more motivated and safer workforce to be present by rapidly enhancing the above 3 bullet points.
