JDR Cables wanted a behavioural safety programme where the ‘wheels didn’t fall off’, and the project didn’t ‘die a death’.

They had been burnt previously by investing in programmes that did not give them the return on investment they were after and didn’t create the frontline engagement they required.

Think Feel Act was selected as the behavioural programme of choice due to the structure that supports the programme, as well as the simple non time invasive activities that make it easy for everyone to follow, adhere to, and most importantly, everyone can get something from the programme - which is a huge driver for engagement. The programme was deployed across the two manufacturing sites, and from the C suite to the frontline, was a huge success.
